The victim said she could feel Anderson’s genitals against her back, the complaint said. He then climbed onto the massage table and leaned against her as he rubbed her back and stomach, removed the sheet separating them and began spreading her legs apart.
When she said that she had a boyfriend, Anderson continued the massage for another 10 to 15 minutes before saying that he didn’t care and telling her to remove her underwear and turn onto her stomach, according to the complaint. He told the victim that he liked “her people” and commented that he used to have an Asian girlfriend before asking the victim for her “status,” the charge said. Shortly after Anderson began the massage in a private room, he instructed her to remove her bra “as it would get in the way” and began to rub her upper, inner thighs “very close to her vaginal area,” according to the complaint. In late November, Anderson greeted his victim, a 26-year-old Asian female, in the lobby of Elements Massage on Snelling Avenue North in Roseville with an embrace and the comment that he was “not supposed to” give her a hug, but was going to do so anyway, according to the criminal complaint.Īnderson was an employee at Elements at the time of the incident, but has since been fired, the charge said.
